Same ski as last the 2008/2009 model, but with a new top sheet.
Strange as it may sound, I actually felt that next season’s model (2009/2010) was more damp!?! It really felt “calm” under foot.
The test conditions varied from firm man made snow to steep terrain with mixed crud. Mid-winter temps. Carving at speeds as slow as 15mph to 45mph were all comfortable and exhibited a confident feel.
Same binding plate as the current model year.

The Fischer Rep refused to sell me a pair, so I, like you, will have to wait until the Fall of 2009. Sure glad I have this year’s.
