I love the Stockli Rotor 74! What fun. I took this ski down the women’s olympic downhill run at Snowbasin, UT – a steep, long, groomed run. This ski wants to turn and it takes very little effort to do so. In the steeper sections it held its edge like a champ, when I wanted to let it run, it was fast and stable.

Dislikes

I tried to go into the woods on this ski and immediately felt a bit out of control. It didn’t want to push through the crud. The Stockli rep told me that they have another women’s ski that’s better for all-mountain, that the Rotor is more for on-piste terrain. I’m going to try the all-mountain tomorrow.
